Our Leadership

Mr. Vijay Kumar

Chief Solutions Officer & MD

Vijay holds a graduate degree from Hindu College, Delhi University and has done his Masters in HR from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (TISS). With over three decades of experience, Vijay has successfully completed employment stints in various facets of HR, comprising of corporate HR, management development and employee relations. His experience spans across wide spectrum of industry segments ranging from Pharma (Dr Reddys, Ranbaxy), FMCG (Asian Paints and Pepsi), Office Automation (Xerox) to Telecom (Airtel). Vijay’s focused approach of building ‘Trust and Team-work’, which he employed during his stint at Avantor Materials (RFCL) was a game changer and brought out hitherto unmatched levels of employee engagement. This had a substantial bearing on company’s productivity. Owing to his key contributions, RFCL was recognized as the best employer in Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industry by ‘The Economic Times’ and ‘Great Place to Work Institute’ consecutively from 2010 to 2012. Vijay’s work has taken him to every corner of India, and he has a passion for building employee engagement in an organization.

Mr. V S Ram

Advisory Board

After completing his education at IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta, Mr. V S Ram joined Asian Paints where he spent 35 years in various roles; the last as CEO of a JV with PPG Industries, serving automotive customers. Later, he headed a KOSPI listed pharmaceutical company in Seoul as its president for three and a half years. He is now the CEO of the Paints and Coatings Skill Council. A past president of the IPA, and past chairman of the Asian Paint Industry Council, Mr. Ram has keenly participated in industry affairs all through his career.

Mr. Sushil Mehta

Advisory Board

Sushil has a master’s in microbiology from Panjab University with 36 years of experience working for global and Indian Multinational (J&J, GLAXO, RANBAXY, BD, RFCL & AVANTOR) building customers, teams and business. The last position was EVP-India Region and CEO Avantor India. For last ten years Sushil has worked for companies owned by private equity players and focused on building enterprise value. Sushil retired in March 2015 with an objective to get associated with start-ups and help them attain scale and profits.

Mr. Radhakrishnan B. Menon

Advisory Board

A post-graduate in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Radhakrishnan B. Menon. He was the Executive Director – Human Resources for Cadbury, Indian Sub-continent (September 2007 to April 2015). In 2007, Radha founded LBW (Leadership in Business Worldwide) Consulting Pvt. Ltd, a distinctive Leadership Development consulting organization. Sharing learnings and experiences with the corporate world and growing leaders were the core purpose behind this entrepreneurial journey. He is also currently on the Board of Renfro India (a US MNC) and is a Trustee/Board of Governors of AICAR (Asian Institute of Communications and Research, Mumbai).

Mr. Chetan Mathur

Advisory Board

Chetan Mathur is a Chartered Accountant with over 30+ years of global experience in Finance leadership roles and more than 23 years in PepsiCo (Foods & Beverages industry) with prior exposure to Automobiles & Fertilizers. He is currently advising companies (public & private) in controllership, internal controls, finance transformation, and risk management. Chetan is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee at Prataap Snacks Ltd and an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee at Mahindra HZPC P Ltd (a JV with HZPC Netherlands). He is a member of the Advisory Board of SCV & Co LLP and BGJC & Associates LLP (Chartered Accountants). He is supporting many start-up companies as an Advisor and Mentor, and Board member. (Global Risk Management Institute). In his stint with PepsiCo, he has implemented measures leading to top-line growth and bottom-line improvement across businesses in Asia. He has led the control and reporting agenda in Asia, ME, Africa, and Australia. His work was recognized with a CNBC Risk Management Award for FMCG (India) in 2015.
